蔡振南、楊貴媚相識多年，終於在民視《媽媽不見了》首次合作，2人都直呼等好久，還相約要在下一部戲中再演夫妻。此外，侯怡君戲中大膽向莊凱勛求愛，還有猴急把男方撲倒劇情，她笑說「因為莊凱勛的身材真的太好了啦！」

蔡振南和楊貴媚相識20年，但卻是首次合作，他感覺「自己等合作，等到花兒也謝了」，他這次角色是傳統大男人，自覺對楊貴媚這個老婆不夠貼心和體貼，讓他承諾下一場戲會補償她。侯怡君和莊凱勛也是首次合作，2人對彼此完全不陌生，都喜歡運動的關係，非常有話聊，「感覺好像交往許久的老夫老妻，完全不會害臊。」劇中還有近距離接觸的畫面，莊凱勛脫到只剩下內褲，好身材讓她看了直說「心情好好。」

該劇邀請鄭文堂導演，內容描述現今高齡化社會長照與女性自覺議題，由蔡振南、楊貴媚、侯怡君、莊凱勛、何豪傑、李又汝、鍾欣凌、劉明勳、隆宸翰等人主演。楊貴媚1日在基隆原住民文化會館拍攝劇中演唱會，導演動員百餘名臨演，搭設圓夢演唱會場景，她還特地進錄音室，親自配唱，飾演楊貴媚好友的鍾欣凌更讚嘆「轉音厲害，讓她聽的不知道飛到哪裡去了。」
